Called 2/11/2026 inquiring about residential service in Milton FL. I spoke with Bonnie she was friendly and answered every question I could think of. She has a friendly voice and patience, being new to north Florida I had a lot of questions. She followed up with emails and phone numbers in case I thought of anything else. I’ve been a customer of Waste Pro – Milton for my residential trash and recycling service, and overall I’d say it’s been a mostly positive experience, especially when I’ve interacted with Hanna on the customer service side. While many reviews for Waste Pro focus on the company as a whole, my personal experience with Hanna has stood out as particularly helpful and professional.

I live in Navarre Fl and the lady that came today, got out of the truck and before I could get to her she had pulled a rug out of the bin and laid it on top of it so the machine could pick it up without hitting the side of the truck. That was awesome. She is a credit to your company.

Based on a phone call I received from the Division Manager, I am going to change my previous one star review. The call was a very timely follow up based on the unfortunate experience I had this past Friday with a bulk pickup. The Manager indicated that he had discussed the situation and necessary actions with the staff to prevent future inconveniences. He was professional, pleasant and apologetic. He rescheduled my pickup to resolve the issue. I appreciate the personal customer service from Waste Pro!
