Our community has dealt with this company for a few years. Reasonable prices for our refuse pickup- billed quarterly . Always on time and very reliable. We wanted a couple large items picked up recently and was able to do that for us for a minimal $10 fee and at the same time as our regular trash pick up. Staff is very nice too. All in all, I hope our HOA and they can continue our service through them at the next renewal time.

I just wanted to acknowledge team members Jose and Brian for their timely service each week, but especially today. I forgot to put my trash bin out last night and instead of just passing by (which I would not have faulted them for at all) they stopped, took my bin down my rather lengthy driveway, and emptied my trash for me. This is a fine company that values it's customers.

Rude, unprofessional and unpredictable service. The Waste Pro drivers that pick up in Inverness Highlands South will pick through ur trash and take things, and decide if they are going take pick it up. The drivers aren't on a regular schedule and call put sick every other Monday!!

Talk about a company going above and beyond the call of duty: Waste Pro brought out a garbage truck and demonstrated it for my grandson and his little friends! Gabe, Victor and Devon were awesome! I can’t thank you enough for making this “Trash Bash” amazing!!!

Had some issues but operations manager contacted me. He was very nice and getting things straightened out. He had Gabe call me to set me up on senior citizens rates. Very pleasant.
