Gabriel at the dispatch has been very helpful. He helped me get started with Waste Pro and has provided excellent service ever since. When I call, he immediately answers the phone and updates me on collection times for trash, recycling, and yard debris. I feel that the services I receive from Waste Pro compared to the fee I pay each month equals the best value from any utility/service company with whom I have an account. This morning Memorial Day, I did not put my waste bin out. I saw the waste pro truck and was not able to catch them. I called the office and asked if it would be possible for them to come back? They went by only about 5 or 6 minutes ago and I didn't realize that your Company picked up on Memorial Day. The very nice gentleman I talked to said, this was the only holiday that they DO pick up.
