We just moved here and the Waste Pro guys saw on our first pickup day that we have a 4-year old boy, so excited to see the big truck (we had WP in Jacksonville too). The driver starts honking before they reach our house, which gives our little boy time to tear through the house and run outside for more horn, waving, shouting and thank yous. Elliot and Daniel, you are both superheroes in his eyes!

I know most people only write to complain, but I want to compliment Christian and Jamalon (sp?). They are always courteous and take the time to say hi or at least wave if I'm outside and put the cans bac by the side of the road so they don't get hit by cars. You are lucky to have employees that smile and are like their jobs - it gives customers a connection with the company.

They sent me a bill saying my account is 90 days past due but yet I have my bank statement showing the payment was made on 8-26 and withdrawn from my checking account. The bills just keep getting closer together and they keep going up. I am making this last payment since I have been threatened with collections and I am cancelling this account. It is ridiculous and we have been with them for years.

I just cancelled my service with waste pro. I have never seen a company have such unprofessional woman on the phone working for their company. Zero customer service, they are incredibly rude. Always long wait times just to get anyone on the phone, and when they do answer they are rude and unprofessional. Also why are there days the trash just does not get picked up?
