Bad customer service. Changed my frequency from quarterly to on demand immediately after my last shipment and they still are trying to ship me another watch and charge me without my consent. And are now saying that even though the watch hasn’t shipped, that the order can’t be cancelled, which is ridiculous as it would only take a phone call and about 2 minutes of time to do. They will do anything to try and get your money.
At first it was great. Now its duplicate watches, missing cards or pieces. Spin the wheel ends up with more watches..the most recent one missing a strap. Have tried to cancel several times but the watches keep coming. Make it stop.
