I spun the wheel on Luxury $385 and received Vostok-Europe Space Race Dark Grey. It took over a month to ship which seems very slow. After I receive the tracking # there was a link to the retail price. The watch is now retailing for $359. Kind of sucks I over paid, at least it is a nice looking watch. Buyer beware there are better deals on some of there watches.
After purchasing a Premium wheel spin for $588 and winning a tier 2 watch (the one I wanted) with a retail value of $1499, I received a completely different watch with a retail value of $249. Awful experience. Paid $130 more than retail for a watch I don’t like. Also received another watch for $100 that looks like it came out of a coin machine.
All the Black Tier watches were too much alike so I downgraded…then the watches felt cheap. Not worth the value.
POS company! Paid for a watch a month ago and still hasn’t shipped and won’t respond. Poor customer service! I do not recommend to anyone…

I just cancelled my subscription after a year of having it. They clam you’ll always get a watch at the minimum value they charge if not up to three times the value. So not true!! I just received my last ever watch from them as I down graded to black tier that costs $257 cad by the time it is delivered for a watch I can buy for $199 at the bay. watch arrived and looked great. then I got a duty fee request which was based on the undiscovered value of the watch not on what I had paid (someone at watch gang hadn't complete the paperwork correctly). then I realise that the watch won't keep time (it looses more than an hour every few days and the date doesn't change after I've set it.). with no exchanges or refunds the best I can do is cancel my membership and warn others. looks like fun but poor quality watches and lack of recourse leaves me pretty cross, to say the ... read more
