Run from these scam artists. I paid for to manual wind watches and then bought a citizen eco drive and their app won’t even recognize the tag or the back plate. This company is shit
Did a wheel spin , decided to use the downgrade option , sent the email moments after the spin, just received email that they were not able send my request,, “because there team didn’t catch it” I don’t think it’s fair especially when it’s a feature they offer .. I wonder how many this has happened too. BUYER BEWARE
I’ve been a member of Watch gang for over a year. I am at the hundred dollar price point which equals out to about $120 depending on where they are shipping it or rather drop shipping it from. I have received some watches that I genuinely enjoyed. I have received some watches that I believe are mechanically valuable. Don't use if in Canada. They use FedEx and don't tell you about the nearly $20 customs fee every watch they send. Then FedEx delivers it to the wrong address and there is nothing watch gang will do.
Disappointed this month with my Platinum membership. Received a watch worth $400-450. I guess thanks for the $150 savings?

Was about to sign up then read the reviews on here . Obviously this is a scam and the watches in the long run will not match the amount of money you give them . May as well save yourself each month and just buy the watch you really want .
I signed up for quarterly. So far it's charged me two months in a row. Customer services are impossible to contact. I will be sending my second shipment back once it comes for a full refund. This has just put me off them.
