Do not trust this web site i paid for premium received a selectron watch which doesn't really exist anywhere with a price tag attached of a value of 895$ i found the actual company website stating a resale value of 595$ watch gang fake advertise value and sends they also made a 200$ dollar error on the duty declaration which engendered that i needed to pay 2x the export fee. They are selling watches above the price the manufacturer is selling them for directly. Deceptive pricing and business model.
Waste of money. Did this for over a year at $300 a month. Complete garbage watches and a complete rip-off.
After taxes and shipping you are almost at 200$ . Have got only 1 watch that I will wear and I got that on the spin wheel. please cancel!

Four of the six watches I've received have stopped working weeks after I received them. I messaged them and they told me to go to the manufacturer. Awesome customer service. I've obviously cancelled my subscription.
They maintain that they send a watch with a higher value than your subscription tier. This is sadly not true. My latest Black Tier shipment was a Chinese piece of junk that does not set accurate time and has a true retail value of $179 and lower. Any attorneys here want to look into a class action?
Have just opened my Quarterly Black Subscription and discover exactly the same Watch that was sent in July 2021. Therefore out of 5 watches received, 2 are the same. What sort of a joke is that!!! Not happy!!

Absolutely useless been waiting for my watch for 8 weeks and no one from the help team will even message me back , worst thing is I ordered the watch for granddads 75th birthday and was unable to give him anything because of this

Some of the watches are nice, but the entire business operates on screwing over customers. if you don't like a watch, they have a strict "fuck you" policy. they do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for any reason. you have no idea what watch they select before you get it. when you try to cancel, they make you send an email during their business hours only, as if that's how email works. then, they only accept your cancellation after several attempts. and they still bill you for the next watch in the cycle, even if it ha... read more
