Worst customer service and can't keep there word. Promised 14 days delivery as I live in Australia with an extra charge for shipping to only be waiting 8 weeks later with no watch and a email saying we haven't forgotten but buy another.
Recommendedlosing control of yourself spinning the wheels over and over. until your up to your eyeballs in FedEx updates and duty taxes. (I live in Canada eh bud). watches are my new cocaine never took many

Ok let’s start with platinum tier watch #2 (Aquinus automatic) very nice looking watch but the crown won’t change the date..the crown winds and changes the time but no movement when crown pulled out to the date mode...next up wheel watch (Seiko) the crown won’t do anything date or time and also the watch band rod is broke lol...so after numerous emails I finally get a response with a youtube video because I’m apparently too stupid to understand how the crown works lol...I’ve owned several automatic watches Omega,Seiko etc...... read more

no customer service. just a bot. cheap junk watches. dont waste your money. not even once. i wish i hadnt wasted my money. what a joke. scam scam scam my last watch has metal shavings on the face under the glass. no response from their "customer service". joke look at the 1 o clock area in the picture.
I have actually liked this service until I spun their wheel of watches. Found out the representation on the website about the odds of each watch is "not and accurate representation", their words. Then when I asked to have the odds sent to me they give the run around rather then sending what was asked for. Dishonest business practices, I'll be canceling. Too bad as I did like the service up to this point.
