This watch group is horrid. They send you cheap watches that arent worth what they promised. Crap brands and bad watches. They also can take zero criticism when it comes to their "wheels". When I provided feedback and got my posts deleted I'm out. A customer spun their "wheel" 84 times and finally got a tag. 84 times? Talk about pissing your money away. Watchgang has false advertisement and is a rip off. Be careful. They only care about signing new customers. They don’t give a crap about old customers. I’ve been a member almost 2 years. The watches are not worth your subscription price. Black tier advertises for $99 a month actually is $118 you will receive well known micro brands or large name brand watches up to $500 each watch each month. This is far from the truth. NOT RECOMMENDED. I've received 2 watches from the "Black Tier" (the middle tier), and both are garbage. They say the black tier watches are guaranteed to be worth more than $99, but I promise you no one would pay more than $50 for either of these watches. Sure it's possible you'll receive something decent, but most likely you'll get one of their cheaper brands. So far I am very disappointed, I have received two watches on the black plan and they both feel cheap, (In my opinion) look awful and are not my style at all, I wouldn’t look twice at either of them in a shop let alone pay anywhere near the current rate of the black plan for either of them, they are that bad I just wouldn’t buy them. WORST EXPERIENCE! I signed up for the platinum package last month. I ordered a watch on the wheel, first i was happy for what i win and 3 days late i see that my order was canceled. They didn't even wrote to me... I received my first “platinium” watch, in addition to receiving a very ordinary watch that I would never wear, I had to pay 110.00 in transport costs. Really not transparent and not pleasant experience. I do not recommend!

My very first order from Watchgang arrived today. I was very excited to see what my first watch would look like! I went to the post office and picked it up. I went home and opened the box to find no watch in it and an empty box! Wow what a scam and first impression with this company! I contacted them and am waiting a response!
Cheap watches. Not worth it
Just Chinese watches, I asked them to delete my order and my subscription on 27/01, they had the time for stop the order and refund me but they don't made it and on 03/02 they send the watch to me... The watch it's arrived, I accepted it because I was worry about customer care, maybe I can lose all money and the watch if I sent back.
