Placed an order a few months back and still waiting. Many emails with no response. I understand with things moving slow but no response to emails and people working from home is inexcusable. At this point just want a refund

I almost fell for spinning the wheel, because the Watch Gang has been blowing up my email. Don’t waste your hard earned money trying to get a “Grail” as they call it. I spent time looking up the odds of the wheel and made my own to scale pie chart of the odds of each tier. I also watched YouTube videos and everyone kept getting the lowest tier watches.

The retail prices they state are ridiculous, I won a J.Brackett watch that apparently retails for over $400, I can’t even give it away. There was also an extra bill I received from Fedex that I have no idea I would get. You’re much better off saving money and buying the watch you want instead.
I am so disappointed with watchgang, I signed up to the cheapest option and I’m from the uk, so the subscription was £41 plus £10 postage and then £27 import tax to receive a watch which retails at about £75 and isn’t really worth the effort and there isn’t a saving for me. I feel no alternative but to cancel which is a shame but I’m glad I didn’t invest the the mid tier watches as I would of been. Really disappointed.

Dublin based and an avid collector of watches and not snobby. wear anything from my Blue face Datejust to a Casio calculator. Been monitoring watch gang for a while before taking the plunge. plan was to subscribe and see what i got before upgrading to platinum, staying with black tier or cancelling. Purchased a watch via the Grail Wheel. Received a follow up email stating that my account has been flagged, and is suspended until I email them pictures of my drivers license and credit card. That is probably the least secure and worst business practice I have seen in a while. Nobody in their right mind would do that. If my purchase does not ship within the next few days I will be contesting the charges through my bank, providing the email requesting my personal information as proof.
