Because of reviews I actually went with a different competitor but when they failed to deliver on a set appointment date that they had set up. I reached out to Water Heaters Now, Inc. 15 minutes later Nate from Water Heaters Now, Inc contacted me he showed up 25 minutes later that same day. They were very good
Ray (owner) responded immediately to my request for help with a failed 16 yr old water heater. One of his guys came over later that day to assess the problem and then Ray explained my options would also require replacing the 'out of code' exhaust pipe. I chose the tankless unit with new exhaust and intake PVC pipes. A big job because my town home is a middle unit with a finished off basement. A bit on the higher range in price but upfront and detailed on what to expect and were on time and did the install as expected.
Left a message on home advisor about 7AM that my heater didn't work, They called me back immediately and plumbers were here by 9:30. They did try to fix my old one but we decided it made more sense to get a new one which was installed by noon. Neat & efficient.
Timely, did what they said they would do. Patiently showed us on/off instructions for the water heater, answered questions. Respectful, would recommend to anyone.
Service tech was very professional and respectful of our home.
