I?d highly recommend them for a water heater replacement. Unlike other companies they?ll give you a firm price over the phone and they do same day installs. If time isn?t urgent I?d consider shopping it around because there are definitely cheaper options out there but overall they did a great job. In an emergency I?ll keep them on speed dial. Thanks!

We were just finishing 3 months of rehab on a house and noticed at 7 pm the night before the renters were to move in that the hot water heater was not working. Two days prior we had turned off the gas to change the supply lines to the gas stoves (the house had 2 separate kitchens). Well, the gas water heater would not restart. Customer service and installation were very good and very prompt. Technicians were efficient and pleasant. However, I was not informed that there would be a 2.5% fee for using a credit card for payment. I had to scramble to get enough money in my checking account to cover the cost..
The installers walked me through the annual process of draining the water heater in order to prolong it's life.
I was in a bind and Water Heaters Now came out the next day to replace the HW Heater. Other companies I contacted were a week or more out. I especially liked the effort to make sure everything was AOK with every faucet in the house before they left. Some faucets needed cleaning due to the old WHeaters sediment in the tank that was being circulated to the faucets. #SavedTheDay
