VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! I received up front pricing and they completed the work on time. They left the area cleaner than it was when they started. Professional workers and it was nice to talk directly to the owner of the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater. My family loves the endless hot water we have now!
Fast, courteous service and they explained everything.
My water heater quit working this morning. I spoke with them and he helped me understand the process and pricing. He had his team at my house within a couple hours and they had replaced my unit in about 2 1/2 hours even though they had to bring in a different unit to fit the very small space in our house for it. They are a great company.
John guoted a price of $2310.00 for a water heater. The cost ended up being $3350.00.....$1040.00 over his quote. I would not recommend using this firm. Furthermore, we did not get any paperwork to prove that the unit has a 15 year warranty. Shady operation!!!!
The person who came to install was polite, but not friendly. He gave a rushed explanation when he was done of what was completed and what maintenance to do going forward. He also did not run the faucets in the house: I did that to find that my kitchen sink has a filter that got plugged with sediment that stirred up. Technically not his job, but I am used to working with persons who try to account for potential issues.
They never checked correctly. Ended up replacing the water heater that was not necessary.
