All in all I am ok with the experience that I had today. It was quick that is for sure. Used HomeAdvisor at 11:30 am was called 1 minute later by Water Heaters Now and they told me they would be out from 12-2 pm. They arrived at 12:30 quoted me and had everything taken apart and installed before 2pm. Was not expecting that! With all that being said, I am giving a 3 star as they only gave me one option for a replacement water heater and to be up to code, they needed to install 2 unions and a new gas valve at the price of $185... read more
I didnt know what the new water heater was going to cost until they were installing it. I think I may have done some more shopping prior to the installation had I been aware of the price. The product is a good one and the installer did a terrific job, but again, I dont know how the price of the installed heater compares with other equally good water heaters.
