From the initial contact with Mike Cook, I knew we were in good hands. Mike is very professional but also extremely caring and personable. He explained all the ins & outs of the loan process in easy to understand terms. Mike was readily available when we had questions. I worked with Noreen on a 30 year mortgage in Arizona. I had contacted other lenders before her and none came any where near the rate and costs I got with Noreen and Watermark. My closing costs were very low and my interest rate was 3.375 fixed 30 year. In addition my closing was completed ten days before where it was initially planned.
