I have now closed three loans with Josh, primary refi, investment refi, primary new. In every case Josh has worked diligently to make sure we got the best deal possible. He takes time to understand your goals, and regularly has very valuable input and ideas. I never once felt like Josh didn’t have my best interest in mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Josh and Watermark loans in the future and look to do so again soon! 10/10, he’s the man.
While working with Thomas he was so helpful with every step. Thomas ensured that I understood every option and helped guide me to make the best decisions for my short as well as long term goals. His attention to detail and full understanding the home financing process was impressive. I have and will continue to refer Thomas as his customer service and level of knowledge makes what can be a very stressful process smooth and pleasant.
The team worked quickly to get the loan processed and worked through the refinance of my investment property. They had a can do attitude as we worked through any issues that came up.

I want to recommend Watermark for the work they did on my refinance. The process from loan initiation to loan closing was smooth, quick, painless and affordable. The loan officer worked to get me the best rate, the best deal and did it with class and integrity.
Philippe did everything possible to make my refinance quick, easy and as inexpensive as possible! He pulled all information I had from a previous refi, was able to convince them to reuse a fairly recent appraisal saving me time and money. I literally had to just upload a few documents. The notary even said it was the lowest rate she had ever seen on a home loan! Highly Recommended and he couldn't have been any more responsive or polite. Many Thanks

Recently refinanced my home with Wilson - cash out refi.
