Surprisingly, I had a very pleasant experience from the onset as I called Watermark. We had a great experience with Watermark during our recent standard 30-year refinance. Monica Reyes was fantastic--gave us daily updates on the interest rate until we were ready to lock, was up-front with everything. Disclosures were on-target, and she answered all our questions quickly. Plus, they beat out our original lender and several others we quoted by 0.25% or more. We went from locking the rate to closing on the loan in just under 4 weeks. We are out-of-state and used a local title company, so I can't comment on that... read more
Ameer is very helpful and explaining every little detail for me, making sure I understand everything and always respond to my text. Loan is smoothly processed and closed within 3 weeks.
