Rick did a terrific job assisting my Aunt with a reverse mortgage. He was patient, and extremely responsive to calls, texts or emails. He carefully explained some of the more challenging concepts and readily engaged additional colleagues as needed during the process. My Aunt felt very comfortable throughout the discussion. I would highly recommend waterstone to anyone I know that is buying a house. This is our third home purchase and was the smoothest experience we have ever had. Our loan officer Jenni helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond. She was so efficient and available to us throughout the whole process.
