Sue Botelho and her team are fabulous! After receiving two prior approval letters from a different company and submitting a bid on a house my mortgage was denied. My realtor (Jutta at Lucky Palms) hooked me up with Waterstone mortgage and everything went smooth as silk. I was expecting to have to present a lot more paperwork right before signing as I usually do. This team had already settled everything before and all I had to do was wait for the reports to come in. Once in they did, closing was a breeze.
We worked closely with Trevor Rollison. He did a fantastic job communicating with us throughout the process. We had zero issues and were “clear to close” in no time at all. The portal was simple to use. Would highly recommend for your mortgage needs.
