It's always a challenge purchasing a home and moving out of state but Sue and her team made sure closing on our house was the least of our concerns. If you have multiple properties, a joint borrower with low credit, high DTI ratio, student loans, a condo on leased land, or any one of these conditions, then Heather and NAF are the ones you want to go to.
