I was a little bit worried about the process when I started. Seth was the one who made it happen. My realtor recommended him and I asked him about the loan options. I left him a message and he called in the next hour. I answered his questions and in two hours I was pre-aproved. A week later I sent him all requested documents and one day later I had a pre-approval confirmation, I knew my limitations and I started looking for a home. I would say one thing even if have a someone still should switch to Mary.She is wonderful person and she manage everything with professionalism. I was denied a loan by another lender even that I had perfect credit score and all qualifications but thanks to switching to Mary I have bought the house with way cheaper closing cost.She very personal and helpful in any means.
We would give Mary 6 stars if we could! As first time home buyers, we had a plethora of questions throughout the process, but Mary was always great in responding quickly and thoughtfully.We got to work with Mary rather extensively as we purchased a foreclosure which took nearly 7 months to close due to title issues on the seller's end.
