I just refinanced with Cole and team and I’ve never had it’s never been this easy. The process was smooth, the transaction needs were clear, and the communication was excellent! I have been with Cole and team since 2016 and moved to San Antonio in 2018 and I still use Cole and team for my purchase and refinance transactions. They have my loyalty!

I had a great experience with Kimberly. She worked at such a fast pace and was on top of everything. I called her multiple times to explain different things in detail. She took the time to really explain and make me feel comfortable with the entire process. There was never a time that I had to call multiple times. If she missed a call she would call me right back. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. I was completely satisficed with her customer service.
