I've worked in Customer Service all my life. From the very 1st day I contacted Carol (referred by my neighbor) She was Fantastic! Carol gave me the Best service I truly have seen in 20 years. Carol has been truly wonderful in helping us with this process, which we've gone through now for the very first time. She helped calm down any stresses we had, was incredibly prompt with responses to any questions we had and managed to do it in such a way as to put smiles on our faces. Miranda Humphrey was also very good at helping us overall with the process. However, not enough good words can be said about Carol.
