We worked mostly with Carol Zink-Mailloux and Miranda Humphrey. They were both amazing, very responsive to emails, calls and texts. This is the second time we have used Waterstone mortgage. One in Florida and this time in New Hampshire. We received the same quality service from both locations. Will recommend if anyone we know is looking.

It was made so easy because of how quickly my questions were answered. I also appreciated how all documents were collected online and it was very simple to find out if anything was missing. Additionally, it was super easy to refer to drafts and documents when we needed more information. Carol was fantastic at easing my worries through this whole process!

Carol Zink-Mailloux was great the entire process. She kept us updated on every step of the process and answered any questions we had. Bonnie Fore and Rebecca Wood were also incredible. As a team all 3 worked so well together and communication was great. We had to switch banks weeks after putting in our offer due to a major delay in getting an appraiser out (8+ weeks).
