We were referred by our realtor and our experience was excellent. During the loan process Jason and his team made it very clear what was needed and why and how to get the information to him. We received weekly reminders and updates which was extremely helpful in making sure all necessary information was delivered. We have absolutely no regrets and would use his services again if needed.

Jason is a great person, very helpful, always on top of the situation and he helps you with every aspect of the sale and the pre-sale!!! His guidance is spot on and he has GREAT suggestions of who to use for every aspect of the sale. I recommend him HIGHLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's the greatest!!!

I am a custom builder in Albuquerque and have used Jason Pike for myself and my customers for over 20 years. He has always done a great job and found mortgages for us even when the qualifications were tuff to get someone qualifies. I always say if Jason can't get you a good mortgage than probably no one can do it. I follow him to what ever mortgage company he chooses to be at because I know I can trust him to do a good job!

Jason is a very detailed oriented individual that knows his stuff. He tells you what you need to do to get through the underwriting process. His attention to detail is very important to overcome any arising issues. He lets you know what to excpect and communicates with you in real time. They were willing to go that extra mile to get me the loan for my new home and ensure my family had a place to live even when the circumstances were extremely tight the people i personally worked with were extremely pleasant friendly and beyond helpful to ensure the success of our purchase they informed me of every step amd detail in the process of my loan to ensure that i was not wondering or confused they answered any and all questions i had during our process

Jason is the best lender I have EVER worked with (this is my 5th home purchase)! His weekly status updates for our loan were reassuring and continually gave us peace of mind about our loan. In addition, whenever there was a question or issue on our end, we had no problem contacting Jason - so responsive. Jason was nothing but professional and prompt. He made the experience as painless and easy as possible. For a first-time home buyer, I was so grateful to work with someone who spelled out clearly what was needed on my end, and was personable enough that I felt that I could call him with any questions that I had.
