Chris Russo delivered with our loan in a timely manner and accurately. He did not hide any costs from us and was there through the entire process. It was our first home purchase and he calmly explained everything to us even when we didn't understand.

Chris was nothing but awesome! We used him for our co construction loan. Even though I was stressed out and sometimes rude he was nothing but professional. Then it was time for my wife and I to refinance with a VA loan and we mediately called Chris no other lenders. I have recommended Chris to several family members and Friends. If I had to get another construction loan or refinance my house Chris Russo would be the first one I would go to.

Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to look for or how things worked. I wasn’t sure what all was involved or where to start. My husband and I had the opportunity to use Chris Russo on two occasions - the first when we purchased our home in 2016, and then the following year to do a refinance. He was professional, prompt, and courteous in all dealings with us, and responded even after hours (email or text or phone). We would use him again in a second.

Chris Russo and his team are awesome to work with. He’s very experienced and knowledgeable. Easy to get ahold of, when you need him. He made the process a positive experience. If I ever buy again will definitively be calling him! Certainly recommend him to any prospective buyers.

We were referred by our realtor and our experience was excellent. During the loan process Jason and his team made it very clear what was needed and why and how to get the information to him. We received weekly reminders and updates which was extremely helpful in making sure all necessary information was delivered. We have absolutely no regrets and would use his services again if needed.

Jason is a great person, very helpful, always on top of the situation and he helps you with every aspect of the sale and the pre-sale!!! His guidance is spot on and he has GREAT suggestions of who to use for every aspect of the sale. I recommend him HIGHLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's the greatest!!!

I am a custom builder in Albuquerque and have used Jason Pike for myself and my customers for over 20 years. He has always done a great job and found mortgages for us even when the qualifications were tuff to get someone qualifies. I always say if Jason can't get you a good mortgage than probably no one can do it. I follow him to what ever mortgage company he chooses to be at because I know I can trust him to do a good job!

Jason is a very detailed oriented individual that knows his stuff. He tells you what you need to do to get through the underwriting process. His attention to detail is very important to overcome any arising issues. He lets you know what to excpect and communicates with you in real time.
