Chris Russo delivered with our loan in a timely manner and accurately. He did not hide any costs from us and was there through the entire process. It was our first home purchase and he calmly explained everything to us even when we didn't understand.

My husband and I had the opportunity to use Chris Russo on two occasions - the first when we purchased our home in 2016, and then the following year to do a refinance. He was professional, prompt, and courteous in all dealings with us, and responded even after hours (email or text or phone). We would use him again in a second.
Chris Russo and his team are awesome to work with. He’s very experienced and knowledgeable. Easy to get ahold of, when you need him. He made the process a positive experience. If I ever buy again will definitively be calling him! Certainly recommend him to any prospective buyers.
