Chris makes buying a home easy. He worked with us to gather all the required documents and find alternatives for documents we couldn't easily obtain. He was available by text an e-mail to answer questions after hours, which is really helpful when you work all day.
When you are dealing with Chris Russo you get a PROFESSIONAL!!! This man really knows his buisness and truly cares about his customers. Chris Russo will keep you informed every step of the way...this was our 5th home we have purchased, and by far, this was the most seamless application we have been through. From start to finished, we were approved and funded with our loan in one about a month!
We have used Chris’ great expertise twice in the past 5 years. Both times we had somewhat difficult scenarios that Chris was able to step up to the plate and get us financed. The first was working through the process of home owner financing that we needed so that we didn’t have to pay a penalty in using an IRA for the deposit.
