A lot of people say buying a house is a top-stress life event, but working with Chris made it a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, kind, and readily available whenever I had a question. To be competitive, we did a 15 day close and Chris and his team turned around everything we needed so quickly, we actually had our ducks in a row ahead of schedule, even with the tight window. As new home buyers, Chris made us feel very comfortable and helped us through every step of the way. He was understanding when we told him we were shopping around for different rates.
