We had a particular look in mind for our house and Mike didn't stop at dead-ends; he searched high and low to find exactly the right carpet we loved, then spent extra time being sure the installers for our challenging job were top notch. I wanted to thank salesperson Mike Esposito and installers Conrad and Adam for the terrific job they did on my carpet purchase for my condo. Mike recommended that I look at in stock carpeting saving time and money. He also did the measurements which gave me further confidence. I loved Wayne Wiles. This is a company that has been doing business for a while and it shows. They know their products. They stock quality product and can help you with all the supply chain issues with many choices of "in stock". I can't say enough about my sales person LIz Davall who went above and beyond by coming to my condo to measure and offer her advise on which flooring matched ( or actually didn't match) with my existing tile flooring which is grey. The team at Wayne Wiles is incredible! Our salesperson Liz was very responsive, she coordinated with our property manager to measure and found me the perfect bedroom flooring at a very fair price. We just installed a beautiful wood floor in our bedroom. Michael Esposito , our sales person, was very pleasant, informative, and helpful in finding the perfect hardwood.
