What a great job ! Very quick response as we decided to tile in our carpeted bedrooms. From contact to completion took 8 days. Installets barely took lunch. E erything was done to expedite and they had it done before movers arrived without sacrificing quality workmanship. BRAVO !!

Michael was excellent throughout the sales and installation process. The particular carpet we wanted had to be ordered, and the manufacturer had production issues. Michael kept after them and provided us frequent updates to help us nail down an installation date. The installation team (Vincente, Cesar, Rodrigo) was fantastic and the carpet looks great.

Mike was excellent to work with. Great selection of flooring. Reasonable price for quality material. Installation team was superb. Project looks great. Nothing to clean up afterwards and not one part had to be redone. Very smooth flooring operation.

The experience I felt was absolutely out of this world. Wayne Wiles blew me away with their knowledge, efficiency, customer service, follow through & follow up! I felt very informed throughout the whole process, felt very confident that I got a great price, and still feel incredible about the timeliness & professionalism of the installers. Excellent customer service! Was able to find a floor tile for lanai to match inside done 8 years ago!! Did excellent job matching pattern as well. Was very diligent in all aspects of clean up after, washing screens, slider doors, ceiling fans and floors in our home. Managers not only called but stopped by several times during the project! Impressive!!! Would definitely use them again!
