True Customer Service! Wow! I would highly recommend our Fabulous sales rep, Michael Esposito. His communication skills are excellent, always keeping us in touch with what was going. His installation crew are amazing! Honest, polite, great work and they clean up! Love our new floors. Excellent company to deal with.
Our experience from start to finich was great! Our salesman (Daniel) listen to our wants and worked hard to find us the right flooring. The installation crew was excellent with everything. Jose really went above and beyond with baseboards, flooring, and working with us to still have a bedroom every night. Will recommend to everyone looking for flooring.

Mike Esposito was very friendly and patient with us!!! We started our search for flooring in January and then Covid hit and when we started up a year later, we didn't like the color we picked and started all over. I would definitely recommend him. The team that came to our house (Juan's team) worked very quickly and kept us apprised of the status and asked us to look at the floors at the beginning and along the way. It was nice to see hard workers and they cleaned everything up before they left.
Michael was so helpful to us during the entire process. The team that installed our new wood floor was professional and knew what they were doing. The floor looks amazing and we will definitely use Wayne Wiles in the future.
Mike was wonderful to work with. Since I was out if town, we did everything by phone, text, and email. He was able to schedule the installation of my floors and carpet to correspond during the time I was in town. Even with a slight snafu, all the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. For any future flooring projects I would definitely use this company!
The assistance from Dan during our selection process was amazing. Our carpet was installed in three rooms yesterday and I have walked in the rooms several times just to look at the carpet. So pleased and excited! The installation was excellent. The rooms are large enough to require a seam but you would never know it. We plan on using them again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for flooring.
We wanted Karastan carpet. Mike Esposito took us through their entire line. We chose a blue plush and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brenda and Jim (married three weeks)❤️.
