Technician returned call and quoted reasonable prices to repair or replace outside unit/condenser coil for malfunctioning heat pump. Tech was courteous, helpful and professional.

Went great! They were able to quote me an estimate for the repair, if a leak began. (Were up front about not needing to do a repair as a leak may never develop based on the location of a crack in the AC drip pan.). A previous company told me a repair wasn't possible as the part was no longer made. They also quoted me for a brand-new unit which was a lot less cheaper than the previous company had quoted me. They had actually gave an estimate, and they were under the estimate. Instead of charging what they could have charged, they charged at the better price. They actually worked at the end. The guy came a couple days ago, and what they thought they thought they would be able to. They said they would be there at 7:30, and they were there at 7:20. They were great.
