RecommendedWent in today for the sale items, bought the trundle bed and a sectional, they didn’t have the ottoman to match the sectional in the color I wanted so they went through the motions to special order me one just so I would be a happy customer! Customer service was amazing and we will be using them to purchase our new bedroom set in a couple months. Dylan P was a huge help and made sure I was a happy customer!

RecommendedExcellent service from our salesman Nick at the store in Lake Charles when buying my first set of brand new furniture! On delivery day, communication was great. Ryan and Kaileb were the guys that delivered our furniture and they called that morning to let us know where we were on the list for the day and then called again when they were headed to our home. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I am ready to add more pieces to our home!

I purchased a bed through here an asked a sales rep about the 90 day same as cash option. He told me once I pick the furniture up to call the financing company and they will switch me to that plan but for at the time of purchase you have to sign the lease agreement. Picked the furniture up today called to swap to the other option a they told me that isn’t something they offered. The rep told me that bullsh**t to make the sale. Good afternoon Chris. We have tried reaching out to you multiple times to discuss the issue you said you were having in your post. The lease to purchase option you selected does offer a 90 days interest free option. The $50 in question was the sales tax on the items you purchased. It was not an early buyout fee. Just so there was not any confusion on our end we reached out to the rep with the company you chose to finance with.
