It has taken way too long to resolve this issue. I am so sorry for this and as we mentioned we will take back the furniture and give you a refund. The sales people will lie and tell you what you want to hear in order to get a sale. the sectional was really nice! until it wasn’t. and we tried to utilize the warranty that WE paid hundreds of dollars for and suddenly we can get any help. i requested a new cushion cover and a pillow because within 3 months of owning the couch, both ripped.
