RecommendedRefuse to honor their warranties on a couch less than a year old that has cushions falling apart. Do not recommend. Poor quality and shady business practices regarding warranties they issued.

It has taken way too long to resolve this issue. I am so sorry for this and as we mentioned we will take back the furniture and give you a refund. The sales people will lie and tell you what you want to hear in order to get a sale. the sectional was really nice! until it wasn’t. and we tried to utilize the warranty that WE paid hundreds of dollars for and suddenly we can get any help. i requested a new cushion cover and a pillow because within 3 months of owning the couch, both ripped. Very bad experience from wrong pricing to delivery service to receiving the wrong furniture. They was not able to accommodate resolving issues. They even had furniture mislabeled as “leather” but was polyurethane.
