Walked in before noon Sunday, good parking, was greeted well .Used code on phone to fill information, easy but was helped by receptionist when asked of unknown question. Was seen quickly by NP . Very kind and inquisitive of my ailment. Gave me the best information at the time to follow up with my own primary physician. I would recommend WellNow Urgent care to those in need of care at a time when your own primary doctor isn't available.
I had a concern I called to see if I could make appointment. Wasn’t sure that was possible, they got me in 2 hours later. Sent me forms to fill out beforehand. I walked in, it was storming they sent me back within 3 minutes. Took vitals. Sent in nurse practitioner. The whole think took 30 min tops for a UTI. had great conversation with all involved. Friendly attentive and informative. Will go there again with any urgent inquiries.
Every one was very pleasant. We were told it would be an hour wait...but it was shorter. The nurse that did my covid test was very nice and considerate with the test. The doctor was in with diagnosis quickly and gave me a note so I was on my way. My son and I went in together and his experience was similar to mine. We were very pleased with our visit.
I went to the Urgent Care to have my shoulder looked at after I fell. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. This included time for X-rays. The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. He thoroughly explained everything to me and asked me at least 3 times if I had any questions. I highly recommend Dr Adam Durfee at Well Now Urgent Care in Greece, NY
I've been feeling bad for several week and had allot of sinus problems and lots of discharge, needed help!! I checked in well now, urgent care in greece. Had a short wait of 45min They took all my vital signs. Also, EKG and chest xray. Found out I had Pneumonia from the xray and prescribed anti-biotics. Second day, feeling much better already. EKG displayed normal sinus rhythm with 1st degree AV block. My highest regards to Patrick Vandermark and his staff. MWB
