I have never had to go to urgent care prior to this visit, but I was very impressed with this facility. From the very professional and friendly woman at the front desk, to the nurse that took my vitals and the doctor that I saw, everyone was great! The facility is clean and the staff is organized, kind and knowledgeable. They even have coffee, water and slushies for the kids in the waiting area. I went at 8:45 on a Friday morning and was there for 1 hour, with four people ahead of me.

My mother was brought in for respiratory issues, cough, and fever… The only care she received was antibiotics no chest x-ray no additional testing and sent home with pneumonia… What kind of facility doesn’t at a bare minimum when somebody’s having respiratory issues including a cough doesn’t do an x-ray. Today she’s doing worse… And currently in the ER on oxygen and getting further testing done… It’s a shame that the urgent care couldn’t provide the very basic chest x-ray and further testing. As a person who's in the medicine field, it's disheartening to see/hear how the staff here handle their patients. Barely did basic assesments and essentially disregarded a person who has Hypoxemia and more. Went through improper diagnosis of pneumonia, by only listening to the lung sounds, didn't even order a chest x-ray to confirm whether it was the problem or not. I made a wise decision going to WellNow for the urgent condition I had. I was given a prescribed medication, and the symptoms went away couple of days before finishing the treatment. I’m very thankful and greatful that I found your facility online. The staff and the doctor who took care of me were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

So impressed with Alexis. I came in because I was starting a new job and needed a physical and PPD. I had been out of work for 2 years and pretty anxious stepping back into working again.I had just left my interview.My blood pressure was very high because of everything going on. She took the time to talk me down and I really really appreciated it. I left feeling so much better.🙂
