There is no doctor at this site, only midlevels. Very poor care. Go where there are actual doctors. This place is a con job.

My husband has a walnut sized fluid filled lump on his wrist. Red and swollen all around it. We think it might be a bug bite. Nurse practitioner came in, barely glanced at it and said she would call in a prescription for an antibiotic. We asked if she would pop it. She said no way. We asked if she thought it was a bug bite, she just shrugged. Plus, even with Medicare and the fact our deductible has been paid, we had to pay money to be seen. It was explained to us, it was a corporate fee.

Appt for 12:50 pm... I sat in the parking lot filling out the appt scheduler to Sue's things up. Then Walked in and it was only 1 person ahead of me. Medical assistant called me up to confirm pharmacy. I sat down afterwards. Never got called and other ppl have arrived. It is now 1:40 pm and I have not been seen. When I tried scheduling a time to go into the urgent care the night before, it would not let me book a time to go in. So the next day I tried again, it also didn't work. I then walked in to sign in and it took a long time for me to be seen. The waiting room has about 4 chairs, and there was the most annoying commercial playing over and over agin with the same jingle. Went in for a bus physical on a Sunday about 830am!! Was done about 1010am!! Kind of a long time!! Just found out they didnt do my bus physical so I have to go back!! Called ahead that morning and asked about their services and made sure they would be able to see me As my insurance company gave me two places to go to. This being one of them. I went on the website to make an appointment for me and my daughter because were sick . I get there for appointment and they tell me at the front desk that the provider has gone on lunch and will be gone takeaway an hour . Me and my sick daughter had to wait in the parking lot for an hour to see the doctor . It's not ok to allow patients to make an appointment with no follow up on when the doctor is available. I only came here because I needed a same day appointment but I will not be back .
1. This clinic performs Covid-19 tests but when I was there for a new hire drug screening, I saw at least 1 nurse walking around in front of patients with her mask down below her chin with her nose and mouth fully exposed. 2. After washing my hands before handling the urine cup, the nurse noticed that I had something in my pockets and told me that I had to remove these items before going into the toilet. They took 12 days and me calling 7 times for them to tell me they lost my test and all they could do is re-swab. The worst part they don't have a customer service department. I asked for highest person and it's just the manager at the location. They have no other contact info on their site. Tried calling New York where they have more locations. Just get an answering service. DON'T GO!
