I visited their Wellnow facilities in May of 2025. They double billed me. After four months of many phone calls, they still haven't refunded me my money. Be careful!!!!!!

The billing department charged my credit card without providing prior notice or statement of the account. When I called they said I had signed an autopay authorization, but refused to allow me to remove the authorization from my account. They pushed me to the patient portal, but there is no way of removing authorizations from your account there. The run-around is truly horrific customer service. Beware.

Demand a receipt when you pay a copay at the counter or save a copy of your credit card statement showing the copay was paid. Twice in one year we received past due invoices from WellNow 6 months after a visit claiming we owed a $45 copay. We have proof via our credit card statements that the $45 copay was paid on the same day as each of the visits. Bizarre. The most apt word for it. I got there early in the morning and was third in line. We, a friend and I, were put in a tiny examining room where we stayed for an hour and a half. Shortly after we were enclosed in the room we could here yelling somewhere in the clinic. I remember saying, "Wow. Someone's not happy with their treatment." I have tried to contact the billing office on 2 different phone numbers multiple times, every day, for 2 1/2 weeks with no success. I have emailed 3 times, and the office has emailed for me. I had a virtual visit. I asked for a prescription for Zepbound. The Doctor stated she could not order it but maybe in a month she could. She then stated I would not be charged for the visit. This is printed in my patient encounter summary. This is unforgivable customer service.

They do not bill the insurance companies correctly and then when you try to call them to have them bill the insurance company with the correct codes they NEVER answer their phone! Meanwhile, I called the insurance company and they said they would have covered the visit completely!

It would be nice if someone would at least answer the phone when you call. Also, my husband was billed for the full amount of the appointment and when I called our insurance company they said they never received a bill. My husband gave them both of our insurance card numbers but they never bothered to bill either one. There customer service is terrible.
Been sitting here for one and a half hours so far in the exam room. Sat for an hour after my check in time once I got here. I'm a patient person but I feel like they forgot about me. If they were understaffed or something a heads up would have been nice. I see why they ask you to pay up front. Pretty nice staff as far as I've seen so far. Dr was nice enough.

Provider was virtual which was not indicated at the time of booking. Staff seem uncaring and indifferent to patients. After waiting for over an hour, their Internet went out... so they were unable to see me.
