normally coming here wait time would be an expected 5-15 minutes. i arrived at 11:30 am to book a place in line for a check up and was told it'd be a 2 1/2 hour wait. reluctant, i waited. it is now 4pm. 4 1/2 hours later and still waiting. their time management is ridiculous.
This place charges way too much for self pay patients and takes advantage of it during this time of COVID-19. My son went there for a COVID-19 test and they charged him $230.00 (he has no health insurance). He had to have this test done in order to return to work as he was not feeling well. He then gets a bill for over $100.00 more and then another from the lab for almost $400.00. I thought the Federal government monitored such charging. I have never in my life met a doctor who was absolutely disrespectful and clearly dull in the head. I come in with a clear sinus infection and she tells me my nose has blue mucus? In what world does that make sense. Then she begins to tell me she doesnt want to treat me with an antibiotic because it could give me a yeast infection. Well im not sure where she did her medical study but me as a junior in highschool even knows a sinus infection when untreated can possibly spread to your brain and with my poor medical history... read more
They may provide good service but this company is a bad actor in our broken healthcare system! Even if you have good insurance, they charge an exorbitant upfront fee. After it's processed by insurance they do not automatically mail you a credit for the difference, and you have to call the billing office and beg for the credit. They are earning interest off of your money in the meantime! For both of 2 separate visits, I had to call and beg for a refund.
