Service at time of appointment was great however the billing department needs to get it together. they don't have any clue what they are doing and they are dishonest about filling claims to insurance especially when having two insurance carriers. They bill for the full amount do not submit the claims then they tell you that they did but then they were rejected. However when you reach out to both insurance companies they state that the claims have yet to be filed with them even after multiple contacts with billing and the ins... read more

RecommendedNiagara Falls Branch: Quick & friendly. They were knowledgeable & seemed to really care. The office was FULL of screaming children (my 7 year old included) everyone involved treated my daughter like she was the first and only patient they'd see today even though we were most certainly the last. I hope to never need them again but I would definitely recommend them.

RecommendedI just went to the location on Niagara Falls Blvd in Niagara Falls, NY. It was so fast and everyone was so nice. They have an icee machine in there lol. Never seen that before. I was diagnosed quick and my meds were at the pharmacy by the time I got home. Definitely recommend this place.
