Went there on a Sunday, because I developed a cough that I Could not get rid of. I had the cough, had fever, chills, body aches. Did not want to go to the Emergency room and thought this place would be quick, and painless. Boy was I wrong. First of all there was no one there patient wise. I was in a bad car accident on Friday, June 21st and I went to WellNow in Utica, NY because the pain hasn't subsided and I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes before the front desk even started to call people up to check them in and I asked the lady how long the wait would be and explained my circumstances and she said that it would be around 45 minutes and then said that there is a really good chance that it would be less because she'll see if they can clean out a room for me because of my circumstances. Awful experience!!!! Bring my daughter to the one in Fairmount....they tell me her insurance isn’t active!! But I could pay $130 for her to be seen....asked if they could just send the bill because her insurance is active told me no I would still have to pay the $130 long story short insurance is active...smh thank goodness her doctors office could fit her in in a timely manner never will go again!!!!!

The crestwood IL location blew me away with their professionalism and the way they actually cared about you and what you had to say. I never felt judged once, and felt I was actually getting the care I deserve. More places need to take after them!

I went there 5/25 after crushing my hand while helping to fix my son's car. I was given 3 sutures to my finger and told the xray showed no breaks. my xray was read by an NP! I insisted that I couldn't move my finger and she replied that I couldn't move out because I thought it was broken. turns out my finger was broken and the tendon completely severed! I ended up needing surgery a couple days later. This misdiagnosis could have caused permanent damage.

I recently visited Well Now in North Utica twice in the last 3 weeks and I saw Britney and Mike and both were super thorough and took great care of me. Both listened and got me on my way to recovery. The nurses were both excellent as well (I dont remember their names). highly recommend them!! Besides the great care. The wait was speedy too.
