Received a bill today from five star urgent care, which was once MASH... as they have sold, anyhow even though the building outside says MASH, they charge you a $300.00 “new patient fee” NO signs outside informing you of this “new patient fee” or that they are now five star urgent care! So I called to inquire about this 30 minutes I spent waiting on someone to pick up!! NEVER going there again!!! I’ll go to the ER first! What a shame !! I really miss MASH

RecommendedThe service was exceptional, fast and affordable. I was roomed within minutes of arrival and on my way out the door in about 20-25 minutes. I highly recommend.

I will never bring my son there again. I brought my 5 year old to the one in Plattsburgh, NY yesterday. He was diagnosed with the flu based on negative strep test, 103 fever, sore throat, and neck hurting. I asked for a flu test and was told they didn’t have any. They gave me a prescription for Tamiflu even though he wasn’t tested for the flu. I wasn’t comfortable giving him medication that has a lot of possible side effects to my son. RecommendedI've had several occasions to visit WellNow in Big Flats the past few months. I've always had great service and wonderful providers. This past week I went in for a progressively worse cough. At first Kristin thought it was a viral infection, but after discussing a pain I was having she decided to do a chest x ray. It showed early pneumonia. I'm thankful for her persistance. If it wasn't caught, I would have been a lot sicker. I'm so glad to have this office to go to when I can't get to my primary dr.

Was diagnosed with Flu A and UTI. The Nurse was short with me and my competent requests (I’m a RN) for a Flu & strep swab & urinalysis. Apparently she didn’t like me making her job easier. I also was not impressed that another health care worker (didn’t introduce himself) took my unlabeled urine sample in the hall way and did not verify my name or DOB with me, just my room #.
