I will never bring my child or myself to Urgent care again. My 2 year old tipped a table over on her foot and I immediately brought her to Urgent Care in Big Flats. Her foot was purple, extremely swollen and extremely sore. She was not walking on it. I saw a PA there where he noticed the injury and evaluated her. He ordered and xray and came back and told us it was not broken, to ice it and that a radiologist would overlook the xray... Fast forward to a few days later. RecommendedI love five star urgent care. it's great to have a a place to go that's professional, caring, quick, that you can walk into and return to when ever you need to no matter what it is. You guys are definitely going to have to find a bigger place because I know you'll out grow where you are. it'd be great if you were open 24/7 and gain more equipment ❤
