I found there wasn't much communication as to what was needed from me besides what was listed on their portal. As a first time home buyer I didn't know a lot of the home purchasing steps so it would of been nice to have received a communication of next step and time frames. My biggest frustration was I couldn't get a confirmed close day until 7pm the night before the home closed. When I would reach out to wendy and team I would get my questions answered, except for a confirmed closing date.
