Wendy was very warm, reassuring, clear, and most of all, thorough. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect or what I was getting in to, but Wendy always met me wherever I was. She was mindful of my living out of the area and my schedule, but especially diligent with frequent updates as both notifications or reminders. Wendy also provided a significant amount of anecdotal insight and experiences from her career in lending, on top of being a very fun, positive personality to talk to!

1. Wendy was always available throughout my buying process. This includes days she was actually off. 2. She made sure KBHS Home Loans provided us the best deal possible and made sure we were happy with our financial commitment. 3. She went above and beyond her duty to get our message across the KBHS network when sales or other departments were not available. 4. When I graded her a "10", I actually meant "11".
