More communication, effective explanation regarding interest rate (we did not know we were buying down. That's a huge detail to mention to the buyer!), less jargon, did not reply to emails/questions, felt like we were out of the loop.

Your portal application needs to be compatible with The Apple platform. It is not and we had continual problems, were very frustrated and wasted a lot of time on trying to use it.
