This place is ridiculous!! Hours online filling out an application which kept going down sending tons of personal information just to start all over again. I've never seen anything so crazy. Not one person to answer a question!!
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS ! Do not, I repeat DO NOT GOVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY ! They will scam you tell you your approved take your "holding fee" and never refund you ! It's been a whole two months ! And they won't even call and give an update , ON TOP of getting smart and telling me what he won't do ! See you in court!
I went to Wesley Hampstead to get a bedroom apartment on July 2nd, I did the application and I was approved . So that day Rodney told me that I needed to get a money order for $275 which will reserve the apartment so that no one else can lease that specific unit . I was told I'd be able to move in that Friday . So Friday comes & he wasn't there , So I had to wait for him to be back in the office , so I came back the next day which was Saturday & he told me that I wouldn't be able to move in until Monday , So I said okay it's... read more
The attitude& careless of the leading agent is worse than how the $963.00 apartment unit i was given looks. All that I can say is Bad business & careless management. Overpriced classic apartments that won't even see a paint drop. Bankhead apartments is in better shape.
I could go on and on with my review, but I won't give that much energy. All that I can say is, I thought I was dealing with professionals & very concern about this business leasing agents like Lack & Rodney, but they was I was brush off & showed that they didn't care to provide me with what I needed living wise, is very disappointed & stinks. DO NOT even waist your time and money looking here! It looks nice and the apartments are nice however the walls are thin and you can here everything outside that is happening. I can hear when my neighbor across the hall unlocks and opens the door and I can hear when the child crys. The people in this complex play their music so loud it will shake your windows and management will do nothing about it. Very unhappy. Hate that I moved here everyday. Very dingy dusty and dirty. Overrun with spiders inside and outside the bldg. The community is very unkept. Buildings need pressure washing and/or a new paint job. Dumpsters overflows on a regular basis. There is nowhere to park at night. Bushes overgrown into the walkways and the apartment is not updated. Where to begin with hidden fees trap! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 1. They force lousy Internet on you that doesn't work which is a hidden fee of $30 a month on top of rent. 2. I caught Michelle the building manager opening a package of mine that got dropped off by post office. Then she proceeds to tell me it's not her job to notify tenants they have received packages to the office. ( I have since filed s police report on her. 3. We(boyfriend and I) have lived here about 7 years now.What started as a nice safe neighborhood has gone completely down within the last 2-3 years. When this place opened to us we had a patrol man in a van making rounds every night which was nice and put us at ease. Management stopped doing that and now I've noticed children loitering properties, walking in the middle of the street while not giving cars the respect of the road.
