We(boyfriend and I) have lived here about 7 years now.What started as a nice safe neighborhood has gone completely down within the last 2-3 years. When this place opened to us we had a patrol man in a van making rounds every night which was nice and put us at ease. Management stopped doing that and now I've noticed children loitering properties, walking in the middle of the street while not giving cars the respect of the road. Beware and stay far, far, away!!! They will give you a new higher price after the cut-off to cancel your appliction, (the raised mine $40 on move-in day) but if you don't take the apartment they will keep your deposit..... I have been dealing with this company since April 2013 when I put down my initial $200 deposit down for an apartment costing $712/mo.
