I am in the process of implants. I am about midway through. The process is seamless with Dr. Thigpen and his staff. This morning had an appointment at 7:20 am. Upon arriving, the staff addressed me right away. Immediately taken back. Every experience I have had with Dr. Thigpen is EXCELLENT. Always treated like a king. Very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first visit with Dr. Thigpen and his office. I was very impressed from the time I walked in the door all the way to through the exam. Dr. Thigpen was great about explaining to me the procedure step by step prior to anything starting and also during. The staff made sure everything was running smoothly and that I was doing ok. I did not feel rushed with answers or that any question or concern was not worth answering. Would highly recommend Dr Thigpen and his office. Very professional as well as personable.

Dr Thigpen is very good at explaining things clearly and giving plenty of time for questions. Very professional — and lively and fun — staff. I know I’m in good hands with Dr Thigpen and crew.
I was not familiar with Dr. Thigpen as an oral surgeon until my regular dentist gave me a referral to have my wisdom teeth extracted. As I am an older adult with no teeth extractions in the past I was not looking forward to the experience. Very happy to say after the consultation with Dr. Thigpen & his staff I was very comfortable choosing him to perform the procedure.
