My son was referred to Dr. Thigpen for wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Thigpen and staff were very nice. We were informed thoroughly about the procedure and given options. Dr. Thigpen and staff made my son feel comfortable about scheduling the procedure.
I've had two extractions with Dr. Thigpen, and both went so smoothly with barely any pain at all. The entire staff is wonderful and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Thigpen.
I was referred for wisdom tooth evaluation and extraction and was seen for the initial eval/consult. I felt very comfortable and everyone was friendly and happy to explain everything. I was given several sedation/anesthetic options and the pros and cons of each were thoroughly explained. I had to have panoramic xrays taken, and since they forgot to mention it when I made the appointment, they didn't even charge me for them! Went in to discuss an oral surgery for a fake tooth I felt like I was at home the staff and the Provider were awesome made it a great visit
Office staff and nurse, Angelica, were so incredibly kind and compassionate. Tooth extraction was extremely painful, but not the doctor’s fault. He did everything possible to continue to numb the “hot tooth” and explained everything as he went along. Glad it’s over, but they provided the best possible care.
My whole experience with Dr. Thigpen and his staff was great - very professional while being very personable.

Even with an office full of patients, Dr. Thigpen examined me and then sat down and explained what would happen during my upcoming procedure. I appreciated the time he took to talk with me and his patience with answering my questions. All of the staff I encountered treated me very well and the financial specialist called my insurance company to obtain benefits for me that I didn't realize I was entitled to!
