Everything was great!
Even with an office full of patients, Dr. Thigpen examined me and then sat down and explained what would happen during my upcoming procedure. I appreciated the time he took to talk with me and his patience with answering my questions. All of the staff I encountered treated me very well and the financial specialist called my insurance company to obtain benefits for me that I didn't realize I was entitled to! Dr. Thigpen and his staff are the best. They communicate everything, and are so personable. Dr. T is wonderful. He takes the individual patient and considers your fears and pain threshold into account, and it's so appreciated. I had a dental implant today and am shocked at how painless it was. 5 hearts to Dr. Thigpen and his staff!
